There are a few stations (and EPM is one of them) where the only way to get
the local altimeter setting, and take advantage of the lowest IFR approach
minimums, is via the ADF receiver. That setting is NOT available from ATC
or FSS.

So if you have a similar situation, you should keep the ADF. Otherwise I
cant think of a good reason.
