It can be pretty complicated as to what is allowable and what isnt. I
think that both the FAA and AOPA have produced FAQ and guides for what
is legal and what isnt. Those are the best places to start. What ever
you do, keep meticulous records and copies of everything. You dont
want to end up on the receiveing end of some FAA action.
