The 2001 RAH BBQ at the Arlington Fly-in is still on! Somehow I missed Johns e-mail about the conflict he has with the date. We have the hanger reserved for Friday during the airshow for the BBQ and the salmon and burgers will be there. (So will John, if but briefly). We will keep you updated, but in general plan on same time, same place. Well start a little after noon and the airshow starts around 3pm. For those who havent been before, our location is a few feet from the rwy where the show is going on. Cant find a better place to watch from. Any help from local RAHrs transporting chairs and BBQs Thursday or Friday would be appreciated. John said he would also be helping as much as he can. We usually borrow the tables and chairs from an adjacent hanger so its an easy setup. After we are done, we haul them over to the show grounds where they get used the next day at the RVators Picnic. Hey O-ring, gonna work your magic on the oysters? Dave Burton RV6, wings Redmond, Wa |
