That is good that at least some method has been discovered. Purification
of ground water is probably going to require wells to bring the water to
the surface, decontaminate it and re-inject it.....a process used to
limited success with other chemical contaminates. The state of CA to
this date has come up with nothing to offer communities except trucked
in water which is probably less expensive than decontamination.
