Subject:Incorporation

Folks,

Im new to this group, so if this is an FAQ, please refer me to that...
Ive owned a Piper Dakota (1984 PA28-236) since 1986 and I had it on
leasback for the first eight years of ownership. Ive since taken the
plane back to private use (with two friends on my insurance - they were
formerly heavy renters of the aircraft at the FBO). Im wondering if I
should consider incorporation for protection against liabilities, both
now and post-sale (when I eventually decide to liquidate it). Im
currently well insured, but Ive been casually advised to consider
limiting my exposure in all areas - and this is one of them.

Thoughts?
