Ive been living here and flying out of Caldwell for years and have never
landed there even once for anything. I have flown over it a lot coming from
South Jersey Regional directly to Manhattan or Queens, but always talking to NY
Approach. Id call NY Approach from 20 miles out and advise your intentions,
and ask for clearance into the Class B . . . let them vector you. But it CAN be
done by staying underneath the Bravo airspace.
