do you really need it spelled out for you? ok then:

the Clinton butt-kissers all claim he balanced the budget.
and the same clowns blame Reagen for all the budget deficits.
Well, the president doesnt have the constitutional authority
or responsiblity to make budgets or raise money.

So, if you, machogrande, are going to claim Clinton has no
responsibility for raising taxes, then I expect to hear you
admit that Reagan didnt give us the budget deficits.
