Ok, I also up a seperate bunch of pics a friend of
mine took on when I flew him on a Bay Tour around San Francisco Bay, just after getting a new digital camera. We flew A piper Saratoga From San Carlos (KSQL), landed at Napa (KAPC) for a great steak lunch, and came back. http://www.zing.com/album/?id=4293944357 After some pre-flight pics (he was testing his camera as I was getting the plane ready), there are some great pictures of KSFO, (we flew ove the airport) San Francisco itself, and then approach and landing at Napa. On the way back, we flew over the city again. The Golden Gate was overcast, but the city was clear. There are pictures of Angel Island, Alcatraz, anf four of Lombard streeet as we circled over it (windy road with tourist cars).... We then went back south to KSQL, passing by KSFO again. (Ignore pics of family at the end...) -- Gil. |
