My post was not meant as a flame. Many of us have read Stephens posts
since he was a student pilot. In that time many of his judgments and
attitudes have been questioned. I dont question his ability to fly,
but I do get concerned when I perceive hazardous attitudes. Stephen has
accomplished a lot in the last ninety days. But, to use the terms that
he did does not add to those accomplishments and (to me) shows an
attitude that might get him or one of his students into trouble in the
future.
There is a huge difference between giving a student the courage to
expand their self imposed limits and daring them into something that
could get them into trouble. "Those who have the balls to go for their
dreams" and "the weak and meek need not apply" appeal to the macho
attitudes in others and shows a macho attitude on the part of the
writer.
