Question for you, Steve. If the aircraft has a VFR LORAN or GPS, the regs state

that one cannot use that as a primary navigation instrument for a flight
conducted
on instruments. Even if the aircraft has a couple of NAV radios to verify the
intersection, I assume that using the LORAN to get a vector to the intersection

would be using it as a primary nav instrument. Am I correct in this?
