Im not sure were talking apples and oranges here. Is lumping "women" together with "minorities", for purposes of this discussion, quite fair to either group? I think the obstacles facing, for example, an urban black man are dramatically, perhaps diametrically opposed to the problems facing the average woman, when it comes to aviation. Or almost everything else, for that matter.
