I agree it sounds pretty neat and would like to learn more about it. I
wonder what you do about noise attenuation for the other ear, an ear plug? I have heard that the mic actually gets its input from the bone in/near your ear. This means that it also picks up little burps, growls and other body noises which could be embarrassing.
