Pure crap.

A pilot who knows the regulations and insists on their observance by
all, pilot and official alike, and refuses to abrogate his
resposibility to observe said regulations, and insists that others do
as well, is probably a much better pilot than the guy who will do
anything for the sake of expediancy and the protection of his own ass
at the expense of others.
