Im in the odd position of having a Canadian restricted radiotelephone
certificate, so I figure Im covered when flying up to Canada on my
U.S. licence. No-one asked me about it either the 2 times I actually
flew up there. In fact, no-on asked me for any paperwork: it was all
done over the phone, including the trip I did 3 months ago. I like
CANPASS
