I just received the AOPA notice that the FAA is now
considering some shoulder harness installations as
"minor changes."

I want to know what it will take to get inertial
reel harnesses in my 1966 Turbo Aztec (C model).

Ive called BAS, but they dont sell anything for
the Aztec. I also didnt see anything in our STC
list.

I have been advised to look at later model Aztecs
to see if they have harnesses that could be
installed in mine. A quick search on the net
located an E model with shoulder harnesses.

It doesnt say "inertial reel," so Im still
wondering if theyre available.

Anyone have more info on intertial reel shoulder
harnesses for the Aztec?
