I have been using Flitestar for some time now. While it is fully featured
and powerful, I have found it to be a bit "buggy" and the support from Jepp
is amazingly poor! I had a problem with raster charts not installing
correctly and got the runaround from tech support for a couple of months.
Finally I solved the problem on my own. I wrote the president of Jepp to
complain, and even their handling of that was pretty anemic.

Nonetheless, it is powerful software and I am happy with it. The only
persistent issue is that the flight plan filing is inconsistent...I file it
on Flitestar and FSS has no record.
