Except in the gloves that they have made for them. Ive gotten gloves with one finger too small (diameter), one finger too short (length), fingers twisted (where the leather palm of the glove "wants" to be on the side) My general methodology in buying gloves from them is to buy three pairs to get one, and return the defective ones. Ive bought several flightsuits from their discount rack (at less than 1/2 price) that had problems ranging from the fact that the person that ordered it didnt like it (i.e. nothing wrong with it) to minor cosmetic things that took me all of 5 minutes to fix. The only thing I do when buying a discount flightsuit from them is to make sure it was made to a standerd size, and not custom fitted. (i.e The custom fitted suits were ordered custom fitted for a reason) The person that I worked with to find out all of the information on the disount flightsuits was very helpful also. Their custom fitted helmets are amazing. Quieter than my headset, and about as comfortable as I would expect a helmet could be.
