features:

- improved figures
- updated questions
- reduced and super-reduced question banks for concentrated study
(currently, this is for the ATP test only, but we will soon add this
for the FE and some of the other tests as well)
- figure printing capability
- the "simulated test mode" now allows you to go back and forth and
