Subject:Thanks and suppliers found for Aeroshell and Phillips XC

Thanks to all of the suggestions.

I gather this is a frequently debated topic among pilots: Aeroshell vs Exxon
Elite vs Phillips XC 20 W50 and single vs multi-grade oil. After talking to
a handful of engine shops around the area, I found equally distributed votes
among the three leading candidates: Aeroshell W100Plus, Exxon Elite and
Phillips XC 20W50, with slightly higher preference for the Aeroshell
W100Plus (with Lyc. additive). I think I better stop here before I ignite a
war.

With respect to local distributor for Aeroshell W100Plus and Phillips XC
20W50 in the SF bay area, I found Golden Gate Petroleum has very good prices
and 15 warehouses within around SF bay area for pick up. GGP reported
$30.43/case for Aeroshell W100Plus and $28.52/case for Phillips XC 20W50.

Thanks again !

Safe flying !
Ming
