According to the documentation
(http://www.upsat.com/dwnlds/sldoc/sl70-op-rev0.pdf) page 2, the code is set
using an inner and outer knobs. My understanding, if correct, it will send
VFR/1200 code while setting the new code using the knobs and once the new
code is set, then it will send out the new code.

Still trying to decide on which transponder and radio to get. Keep the
comments coming! Ill eventually choose.
