No, hes not. There is logic in the TCAS that tell it the aircraft is
on the ground and stationary or not moving fast enough to be flying.

Youre setting off other peoples TCAS and TCAD, though. Not good 

practice - and being lazy is never a good excuse.

No, hes not.  There is logic in the TCAS that tell it the aircraft is on
