Subject:	old accident information

I am trying to find information about a P-38 accident that claimed the
life of my second cousin back in the late 50s or maybe even the very
early 60s. I think the accident occured in either Tucson or Pheonix.
Not much to go on, I know. Anyone have any clues on where to begin?
