Found it was a problem in Windows Registry !
> Make sure you are NOT running ANY anti virus software - dont just close
> down, use Ctrl-Alt-Delete to check any running programs in the background
> which are part of the anti virus software - close all of them down.
> If unsure, close everything EXCEPT systray and explorer.
> Then run the installation again!
> If no joy then, Im buggered ;-)

> Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
> Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
