Like Mark says, once theyre setup, the Rotaxs are very reliable and stuff doesnt change by magic with them. The fun racer I just bought has no EGT or CHT at all, the guy flew it for 150 hours like that and the motor still looks/runs like new. I plan to add EGT/CHT anyway though, to at least give me a baseline and provide monitoring.... Just have to work out a way to mount the gauges now....
