There is good reason why you havent seen such things. Theyre too
complex and too difficult to fly. Ive heard of analyses showing that
helicopters are inherently unstable. They can be made stable, of
course, but that takes extra feedback and controls (weight, weight and
more weight).

Frankly, a Robinson R22 is about as light a helicopter as Id want to
fly.

Now if youre talking about gyrocopters, thats a different matter
entirely...
