first off, I would certainly repair the engine. You mentioned at least
two things that would cause me to pull it down, replace bearings
possibly, crank seals for sure, possibly rings, and reassemble with
proper timing.

It is hard to diagnose trouble when the seals are leaking and the case
gasket has failed.

Or perhaps we already did !!

Also, where is the EGT probe ?

I have seen it in the muffler, past the joining area of the Y-pipe,
etc. All wrong locations.

You have raised the fuel to air mixture and it is running rich, so dont
do that.

The air leaks will affect the closest cylinder and screw it up and no
ammount of jetting can chanhge that problem without screwing up the
NON-leaking cylinder.

Replace the seals and base gaskets, and check the probe location, and
then come back with questions,,,,

and most 430s I have seen ran with high EGT readings even after all the
above were in great shape,,,,
