Ill add a few caveats to Deans enthusiastic endorsement.

1) Dave is way, way behind in sending out plans. I am still waiting for
plans I ordered at the pre-release stage.

2) The Affordaplane has yet to fly. I mean really fly, like around the
traffic pattern or down the road for a $100 hamburger. All of the flights
to date have been test hops in ground effect. The plane has a drag problem
and wouldnt fly with the 25 hp Rotax 277. It has since been upgraded to a
35 hp 2si engine but has yet to be flown.

3) It was just under the 254 lb. weight limit with the 277. It is likely
just over with the heavier 35 - 40 hp engines.

4) Performance is unknown. It has a drag problem. Hopefully, it can
meet its advertised specifications.

All that said, I have a fuselage completed and standing on its own two
wheels in the garage. Id have a flying plane if I could get the plans as
promised.
