Theyre Vortech G-1 plans - a long running scam. I have a set
that were given to me by a disgusted purchaser and they are
worthless. Go to their website - save the picture that purports
to show one in flight. Now open it in a graphics program and
zoom in - you will find that a static pic has been pasted against
a sky background. The pixel size of the craft does not match the
pixel size of the sky shot.
