Unbelievably there are other countries in the world apart from the united
states of america and incredibly countries that dont have FARs what ever
they are.
There are countries which because of their high tech cell phone systems can
use a cell fone from the air with no probs I happen to know 3 countries NEW
ZEALAND Canada and australia for a start.
